Hi, I am Camila,
I was born and raised in Chile. I've been passionate about tennis since childhood, participating in junior tournaments and representing my university in national leagues and my region in international competitions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. In addition to my playing career, I am also a certified chair and line umpire, officiating in WTA challengers/futures, ATP and Davis Cup events.Ā As a player in New Zealand, I competed in the Caro Bowl reserve for Howick during one season.
About my coaching, I obtained JDC level 1 including the Aid course. Since moving to New Zealand, I have served as a senior coach at various clubs, including Koru, Sunnyhills, and Howick. My coaching experience encompasses private lessons, group sessions, holiday programs, Hotshots, and coaching at schools.Ā
I also had the opportunity to assist and manage a Padel club in Chile, guiding lessons, administration, and tournaments. I have become an active Padel player and plan to obtain my Padel coaching certificate through the Chilean Padel Federation this year to enhance my services.
